Designed to suit Upper or Lower Load/Discharge, these fully integrated (fabricated and tested) load metering skids consist mainly of loading arms, flow meters (PD, Coriolis or Turbine depending on process requirements), batch controller, instrumentation & other associated piping, electrical and structural steel components.

For use in the Oil & Gas industry typical Top/Bottom type load meters, in accordance with API Chapter 6.2 / API RP1004 / API RP 2003, are offered in flow capacities ranging from 20 m3/hr to 150 m3/hr and are available in sizes from 2″ to 4″ for services such as Gasoline, Diesel, Kerosene, Jet Fuel, Oil, Naphtha, Benzene, Condensate, Waste Oil, etc.

The metering stations are manufactured in various materials such as Carbon Steel, Low Temperature Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel grades.

Additional features like additive injection, odorant injection, blending like Gasoline to Ethanol, Biodiesel to Diesel, etc. can be offered.

For the Petrochemical / Chemical Industry our Top/Bottom style truck load metering skids are standard sizes between 2″ and 4″ with our capabilities in handling critical applications such as Liquid Sulfur, Bitúmenes, Phenol, Sulfuric Acid, Toluene, etc. where meter design, integration of vapor/electric heat tracing systems, isolation or purge system plays a key role in efficient and safe operation.
